The Construct Process
Step One: Idea Exploration
Tell us about your business and how your property needs to function. Are you turning one type of business space into another? Fixing someone else’s mistakes? Planning to turn the property around to sell? Let us know your budget priorities and schedule. What goals can you afford to accomplish? And what opportunities can you not afford to miss?
Based on the answers to these and other questions, we suggest alternatives that can deliver the results you want while using materials more effectively. There may be ways to save time, money or both. You may be able to benefit from innovative, new techniques as well as time-tested, traditional methodologies. At the end of the idea exploration phase, we’ll have a shared set of expectations, including when you can expect to see specific estimates and schedules for project completion.
Step Two: Project Design and Definition
Next, a Construct architect, project manager and (when appropriate) key service specialists review your requirements and expectations. Together, we determine reasonable estimates for how long you should expect your building or renovation project to take, how much the project will cost and – most importantly – what variables will affect your schedule and budget. From there, the Construct team members will work together with you to establish clear budgetary parameters, finalize plans and deliver a clear timeline for building and/or renovation completion.
Step Three: Building/Renovation Work Begins
Once work begins on your project, your construct project manager will remain accessible, providing reports as regularly as you require. You’ll be able to see the status of each phase of your project. And every key decision will be made according to your directions.
Most importantly, we never forget that the property we build-out or renovate is not just a construction site – it’s your business. When we build from the ground up, we continually think in terms of how the spaces we create will be used to benefit your company. And we never forget that our work must translate into your success.
Step Four: You’re Open for Business
After we complete work on your property, we take you on an extensive tour, examining every possible detail, ensuring that work is done to our highest standards and – most importantly – your satisfaction.
